My clients are savvy, successful business professionals who expect high-caliber advice and practical solutions to solve their current problems and avoid future ones. They partner with me because they want a lawyer with a business mindset, someone who is accessible and responsive and appreciates the speed of their business. I always start with my clients’ end goal in mind, and work backwards to find a solution, never losing sight of their risk tolerance, business objectives, and deadlines. I help them get back to business.

Michelle Liebesman heads the firm’s national recruiting and hiring practice. She provides advice and counseling nationwide to employers who are interested in hiring from the competition effectively and efficiently. Michelle delivers excellent strategic advice designed to minimize the litigation risks faced by business owners, management teams, and individuals anytime they hire a new employee from the competition.

Over the course of more than two decades of practice, Michelle has developed both a keen knowledge of employment law and negotiation skill, a combination that has proven extremely beneficial to clients facing claims and issues related to covenants not to compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements, trade secrets, duty of loyalty, and related causes of action. Her results-oriented mindset and talent for providing efficient, clear advice helps her clients avoid or resolve litigation, saving them both time and money. In addition to her competitive recruiting practice, Michelle regularly drafts and negotiates employee compensation and restrictive covenant agreements.

Michelle’s solid reputation among her peers, adversaries, and clients was built on her dedication, experience, and hard work. Michelle is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and cycling. Michelle is involved in several parent-teacher organizations associated with her children’s schools. She serves on the Advisory Board for the Children’s Dental Clinic, an organization that provides free or low-cost preventative and restorative dental care for students in need. She previously served as the Treasurer for Chester County Boy Scout Troop 76.
